Dining with Little Miss Ling: Le Cintra, Lyon, France

Established in 1921, Le Cintra has a wonderful old school charm to its décor, its ambience enhanced by the tinkle of ivory in the main hall.

The highlight of our three course dinner was, without a doubt, the entrées. The two entrées hubby and I ordered were absolutely phenomenal.

Noix St Jacques

Noix St Jacques (€14.80) – Amazingly fresh, plump and succulent scallops

Oeuf Cocotte

Oeuf Cocotte (€13.90) – My first coddled egg experience and it blew my mind!

The rest of the six dishes weren’t particularly special, but the food presentation was so beautiful it would be a crime not to upload the photos!
